Anna Mae Cooper

Mrs. Anna Mae COOPER, 77, of Clifton, died at Hospitality Home East, Xenia, at 2:30 p.m. Thursday. Her husband, Frank COOPER, died in 1966.

Born in Springfield Oct. 2, 1901, she was the daughter of William and Viola HUFFMAN HARPHANT. She was a member of the Clifton United Presbyterian Church, Women's Auxiliary of the Clifton Fire Department and O.E.S. Antioch Chapter 445, Yellow Springs.

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. James (Thelma) DAVIS and Mrs. Richard (Greta) SINCLAIR of Clifton, Mrs. Kenneth (Lucille) DeLAY of Columbus and Mrs. Elmer (Dorothy) STOUT of Springfield; a son Frank COOPER Jr., of Fairborn; two sisters, Mrs. Dorothy CAUDILL of Cedarville and Mrs. Ruby WHIPP of Springfield; 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren and four brothers, Charles HARPHANT of Springfield, Robert HARPHANT of Xenia and Albert and Harold HARPHANT of San Manuel, Ariz.

Two brothers and a sister preceded her in death.

Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday at Jackson, Lytle and Coffman Funeral Home, Yellow Springs, by the Rev. Glenn THOMPSON. Burial will be in Clifton Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Eastern Star services will be held at 8:30 p.m.
